Jersey Shore Man Failed To Register As Sex Offender: Prosecutor
A 55-year-old man from Berkeley Township has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender, authorities said. Mark Brayman, formerly of the Bayville section of the township, was charged with failing to register pursuant to Megan's Law, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. Brayman was taken into custody without incident by officers of the Toms River Township Police Department and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Megan’s Law Unit.
