‘Kind Soul:’ Lifelong Ocean County Resident John ‘Tony’ Delesandro Dies Unexpectedly, 26 Ocean County is in mourning for lifelong resident John "Tony" Delesandro IV, who died unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 3. Born in Lakewood, Tony graduated from Manchester High School in 2015 before earning several maintenance certificates from Ocean County Vocational Technical School, his obituary says. He was known for his love of fishing and the outdoors, often spending his free time on the dock at Spinnakers Cove Marina or other popular boating areas.
