Man Tried To Abduct Teen Girl In Central Jersey, Police Searching For Suspect Police in Ocean County are looking for a man who tried to kidnap a teen girl, authorities said. Lakewood police responded to a 911 call about an attempted kidnapping near Forest Park Circle at around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Mar. 21, the department said in a news release. Police learned that a man tried to force the girl into a white SUV. The teen was able to get away from the man and the man left the area. Teens Who Tossed Eggs At Pedestrians Arrested In Ocean County: Police Three teenagers from Brick have been arrested for tossing eggs at pedestrians and property in Lakewood, authorities said. On Friday, Nov. 3, Lakewood police received several calls about the occupants of a Nissan Altima throwing eggs. Two Pickup Trucks Involved In Mysterious Explosion in Lakewood: Police Lakewood police are looking for two pickup trucks that may have been involved in a mysterious explosion near two pedestrians, authorities said. Just before 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, Lakewood Police Officer Daniel Spagnuolo was dispatched to Squankum Road and Shafto Road for a report of an explosion and a smoke condition. Spagnuolo was met by a neighborhood resident who said he observed two vehicles, traveling slowly on Squankum Road, just before he heard a loud boom, police said.
