A 41-year-old North Carolina man was killed in a multi-car crash on the Garden State Parkway in Essex County early Wednesday, April 17, authorities said. Tarron Francis was heading north in a Nissan SUV when he was struck by a Dodge passenger vehicle around 12:45 a.m. in Irvington, said Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police. A 23-year-old driver was going more than 100 mph in a crash that left three people dead earlier this week in Jersey City, authorities said. Ziyang Wang, of Jersey City, was behind the wheel of a BMW X5 M0i that struck a Kia Amanti driven by 26-year-old Dylan Weidenfeld head-on, on Paterson Plank Road around 12:45 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16. A 27-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a South Jersey crash on Friday, authorities said. Brandon Agron was heading north on a Kawasaki motorcycle on Route 206 near Amboy Road when he was struck from behind by a 2016 Kia Sedan around 9:45 p.m., Bordentown Township police said.
