Jersey Shore Bookkeeper Stole $358K From Apartment Association: Prosecutor A 49-year-old bookkeeper has been charged with stealing more than $358,000 from the New Jersey Apartment Association, authorities said. Karly Simon-Sapp, of Plumsted Township, was charged with theft and forgery, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Plumsted Township Police Chief Earl Meroney.
