4 Arrested In 100-Person Hillsborough Street Takeover: Police Four young men have been arrested in a pair of street takeovers in Somerset County this fall. Michael Patrick Steiner, 21, of Sayreville; David Panevsky, 24, of North Middletown; Dmytrius Bell, 20, of Hillsborough; and Jake Cossrow, 18, of Philadelphia, PA, are facing charges in the gatherings on Sept. 10 and Oct. 14, Hillsborough Police Chief Mike McMahon said. Joshua Mathis 19, confronted Hillsborough police who responded to a report of a man with a gun at an apartment on Corporal Langon Way shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday, Acting New Jersey Attorney General Andrew J. Hillsborough Man Crushed To Death By Lawnmower A 74-year-old Hillsborough man was crushed to death by a commercial lawnmower the weekend, authorities said. Police found John Levinski under the machine on the 400 block of Township Line and not breathing after neighbors called 911 just before 5 p.m., Hillsborough police said. The mower had been hoisted in the air by a cable that was attached to a Kubota tractor when the cable broke and the mower fell on Levinski, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident has been ruled accidental in nature.
