Man With Distinct Scar, Neck Tattoo Cuts Monmouth County Jogger In Sex Assault: Prosecutor A man with a distinct neck tattoo and scar is wanted in the sexual assault of a jogger in a county park last week, authorities in Monmouth County said. The jogger was running near Henry Hudson Trail in Marlboro when she noticed a man stretching nearby around 11:45 a.m. Thursday, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Lori Linskey announced Saturday said. Perp Armed With Knife Steals Central Jersey Woman's Car Keys A perpetrator armed with a knife reportedly stole the keys to a female victim's car in Monmouth County, authorities said. The call came in about 12:25 a.m. near Boundary Road and Big Brook Park in Marlboro, initial reports said. The victim was being taken to an area hospital, a report said. EMS was en route and a Park Ranger had been requested to the Henry Hudson Trail off of Stevenson Drive, reports said. A K-9 unit also was assisting in the search, reports said.
