Victim ID'd In Fatal 5-Car Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Crash Authorities have identified the driver killed Monday night in a five-car collision on the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge.  Gerardo Francisco Perez Martinez, 35, of Camden died in the head-on crash, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.  The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
