Fugitive Wanted In Jersey Shore Hookah Lounge Killing Captured In Virginia: Prosecutor A 23-year-old fugitive wanted in an Ocean County fatal shooting at a hookah lounge has been caught in Virginia, authorities said. Eric Manzanares, of Asbury Park, a fugitive from justice relative to the murder of Nymere Tinsley, 25, of Brick Township, has been apprehended in Prince William County, Virginia, they said. Ramona Cruz will have to serve out the entire 3½-year sentence because there’s no parole in the federal prison system.
