Edison Bus Driver Left Disabled Woman Overnight In Van: Prosecutor
A 53-year-old bus driver from Edison has been charged with neglect after authorities said she left a disabled woman in a van overnight. Winnie Raini has been suspended from her job with Inspiring NJ Transportation LLC following the incident on Jan. 2, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Edison Poilce Chief Thomas Bryan said. Attempted Murder For Gunman Who Struck 'Unrelated' Vehicle In Franklin Township
A 25-year-old New Brunswick man who has been held in Middlesex County following a separate incident last month has been charged with attempted murder in a Somerset County shooting, authorities said. Nate Rowell, of New Brunswick, is believed to have fired a weapon while leaving a parking lot of a business on Easton Avenue in Franklin Township on Wednesday, Sept. 13, around 6:45 p.m., Somerset County Prosecutor John P. Attorney: NJ Man Accused Of Scalding Cashier With Coffee Was 'Painted As Monster'
The lawyer of a man accused of scalding a gas station cashier with hot coffee has released a statement on behalf of his client who for weeks has been petitioning to make mask-wearing unlawful. John DeDolce, 42, of Randolph was issued a summons for simple assault, endangering another person and violating an executive order following the August 7 incident, which occurred at the QuickChek on Ridgedale Avenue in Cedar Knolls.
