Sunny Dell Foods is recalling its 12-ounce jars of Rao’s Homemade Brand Roasted Red Peppers with Portobello Mushrooms because the affected jars of the condiment may contain undeclared tree nuts (pine nuts), the FDA announced.  People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to tree nuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products. Borough Police Sgt. Christopher Valacer was using an e-commerce app when he noticed that Ralph Censale, a 45-year-old carpenter, "was selling a large amount of new power tools for far less than the fair market value," Capt. Ricky Mirkovic said. Detectives Thomas Keelen and John Klein dug further and found that Censale had sold more than 30 power tools in recent months, Mirkovic said. Amazon Opening Distribution Center In Franklin: Report Retailing giant Amazon plans to open a distribution center in Franklin Township, local officials told mycentraljersey.com.  In addition to the distribution center, slated to open by June, the company is also opening two warehouses at Weston Canal Road and Randolph Road. The site is under construction.  More than 1,000 positions on two shifts will be created, with hundreds more temporary positions created during peak holiday periods.
