Multiple Water Rescues In Central Jersey Due To Severe Flooding Police, firefighters and EMS crews were busy rescuing stranded motorists as flood waters rose, authorities said. In Dunellen, Middlesex County, there was a report of a water rescue that required mutual aid about 8:45 a.m. Tuesday. Multiple water rescues also were reported in Monmouth County, reports said.
