According to parents, a graduating senior included an untoward reference to a Jewish Holocaust victim under his portrait photo. New Chaperone Policy At Garden State Plaza: So Far, So Good It's been almost two weeks since Westfield Garden State Plaza implemented a new policy cracking down on unaccompanied minors, and according to the mall, so far so good.
