Fire Breaks Out At Brick Rehabilitation Center, 3 Injured Three people were hospitalized after a fire broke out at a rehabilitation center in Brick Township, authorities said. The blaze at Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center at 1049 Burnt Tavern Road was reported at 5:57 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14 in a second-floor room, Brick Fire Department said on Facebook. Two residents of the Applewood room and a staff member suffered minor injuries and were brought to an area hospital, fire officials said. Car Crashes Into 7-Eleven On Jersey Shore A car smashed into a 7-Eleven shop in Brick Township, authorities said. At 10:24 a.m. on Monday, July 10th, Brick police received a call that a vehicle had crashed into the store located at 1151 Burnt Tavern Road, a one-story, commercial building on the corner of Burnt Tavern Road and Burrsville Road. The driver, 58-year-old Mary O’Brien from Howell, accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake as she was pulling into a parking space in front of the store, police said.
