Hotel-Based Atlantic City Ex-Con Drug Dealer Gets 30 Years, No Parole, In Federal Prison A drug dealer who operated out of a hotel room just off the Atlantic City boardwalk must spend the next 30 years in federal prison. Sean Figaro, 35, rejected a deal from prosecutors, went to trial and was convicted by federal jurors Camden in July 2019 of selling heroin, gun possession by a convicted felon and witness tampering, among other charges. He'll have to serve out the sentence handed down this week because there’s no parole in the federal court system. US Marshals Nab Fugitive Wanted In 2013 Slaying Of Atlantic City Man US Marshals helped capture an Atlantic City fugitive wanted in a fatal shooting from 2013, authorities said. Abdul Bailey, 28, was nabbed in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, less than a week after Atlantic County's prosecutor made a public appeal for help locating the murder suspect. Authorities warned anyone who had seen Abdul Bailey not to approach him:  "Place yourself in a safe situation and notify local law enforcement as soon as possible," Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G.
