Melinda Schriver Of Galloway Dies, 45 The family of an Atlantic County mother and former restaurant owner is mourning her death. Melinda Schriver of Galloway died on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 45 years old, according to her obituary. The cause of her death was not mentioned. Schriver was born on Friday, Sept. 8, 1978, in Vineland, and she was a lifelong resident of Galloway. She was an Absegami High School graduate and studied business administration at Atlantic Cape Community College. Atlantic Law Enforcement Recognizes County's 1st Woman Police Chief From Galloway Galloway Township Police Chief Donna Higbee is being recognized, as part of Women's History Month, as the first woman police chief in Atlantic County. “Chief Higbee is as fine a chief that any law enforcement agency could want to lead them," Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G.
