Two men are facing charges in separate child sexual assault investigations, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced this week. In the first case, 18-year-old Justin M. Urgiles of Demarest faces charges of second-degree sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault, Musella said. A 60-year-old Bronx man who tried to pull a fast one at a Tenafly bank pretended to be someone else when police caught up to him, authorities said. Andre Evans went to one bank and tried depositing $3,800 that wasn't his into an account, then went to another branch and tried to withdraw it using a New Jersey driver's license that also didn't belong to him, Tenafly Police Capt.
