We’re Not Kitten: Your Downward Dog Is About To Get Better In Lyndhurst Get ready for the stress-reliever of a lifetime: kitten yoga. Studio 108 in Lyndhurst is teaming up with the Friends of the Secaucus Animal Shelter for a fundraising kitten yoga event. Stretch, bend and fold in a gentle yoga class on Saturday, June 16 from 3 to 5 p.m. Playing and bonding with the kittens starts at 3 p.m., followed by the yoga class at 3:30. The kittens will be available for adoption. “The kittens will roam the mats as we go through gentle asanas, always aware and making room so it’s a positive experience for all,” Studio 108 owner Teresa Dornellas of North Arlington said.  …
