NJ Corrections Officer Admits Sucker-Punching Handcuffed Delinquent UPDATE: A now-former senior correctional police officer at a New Jersey youth facility admitted punching a handcuffed inmate from behind while colleagues held him and then lying about it, authorities announced Tuesday.
