Man Sexually Assaulted Victim Since Age 5 For Years In Bergen County: Prosecutor A 46-year-old Bergen County man has been arrested on accusations he sexually assaulted a child, authorities said. Pedro Osorio-Estrada assaulted the child multiple times when they were between ages 5 and 15 in Palisades Park, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
