Details Released In Pcti Football Game Shooting, Teen In Custody Details have been released in the shooting following a football game at the Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) Friday night, Aug. 30. A 16-year-old has been arrested in the shooting a 15-year-old and 16-year-old around 7:30 p.m. at PCTI school in Wayne, where the football team had faced Lenape High School, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic County Acting Sheriff Gary F. Giardina said. Police found a 15-year-old juvenile and a 16-year-old juvenile suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds.
