Authorities Release Details In Murder Of Jersey City Teen Authorities have released details in the murder of a 16-year-old boy Thursday in Jersey City. Pedro Rodriguez was shot near 600 Communipaw Avenue around 11:45 a.m., Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. He was pronounced dead at the scene about 15 minutes later.
