Arrest Made In Sex-Assault Murder Of Nanny Pulled From Jersey City Lake A Jersey City man was charged with kidnapping, raping and killing a local nanny. Jorge Rios, 33, was arrested after the body of 45-year-old nanny Caroline Cano was pulled from a lake in Lincoln Park, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office announced Sunday morning. He's charged with murder, felony murder, kidnapping, and aggravated sexual assault, they said.
