Transcript Reveals Final Moments Before Fatal Carlstadt Jet Crash TETERBORO, N.J. -- Newly-released files from a federal investigation indicate that the two pilots of the small jet that crashed last May in Carlstadt were scrambling to keep the plane airborne, the Daily Mail reports. The pilot and co-pilot were killed when their Teterboro-bound Learjet crashed into an industrial area just short of the runway, Daily Voice reported.
