These 11 NJ MVC Centers Are Closed Due To Employee

Nearly a dozen New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission centers are closed due to employees who tested positive for COVID-19. The most recent center to close is Newton, which will operate by appointment only until Dec. 14. The Freehold licensing center will reopen Dec. 17, due to an employee who tested positive. Englewood PD: Illegal Nightclub Had 200 Guests, Drugs, Booze, COVID Violations
Police said they found 200 or so partiers – few wearing masks or social distancing – along with drugs, alcohol and disabled fire alarms during a pre-dawn raid of a rented space above a Domino's in Englewood. Criminal charges and summonses for COVID offenses and building violations were pending after the raid shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday at the space rented by multi-entertainment company Feenx Enterprises above the Domino's on West Palisade Avenue. Nearly 2 Dozen MVC Agencies At Capacity, Another Location Closes After Employee Tests Positive
Nearly two dozen of New Jersey's Motor Vehicle Commission agencies agencies were closed as of 11:30 Monday morning after reaching capacity. Additionally, a Newark center was closed for two weeks after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. The Newark Regional Service Center shut last Friday and is expected to reopen Oct. 16. FBI Smashes Jersey Shore Gun-Running Ring: Fugitive Brothers Still At Large
A Monmouth County man and his brother were being sought by federal authorities who charged them and three other people with running guns from Florida to the Jersey Shore. Fugitives Waldin “Manin” Espinosa-Ozoria, 31, of Freehold and Manuel “Chino” Espinosa-Ozoria, 30, of Bartow, FL are charged with conspiring to illegally sell firearms, including handguns and a semi-automatic rifle, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said. Tommy's Tavern + Tap Announces Opening Dates For 3 Additional NJ Locations
Tommy's Tavern + Tap has announced an opening dates for three new locations in New Jersey. The restaurant, bar and pizzeria is coming to Morris, Mercer and Passaic counties in the next coming months. Lord & Taylor is going out of business. The company initially said it would be closing 19 stores after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this month. The Nordstrom store in Freehold will not be reopening after the COVID-19 crisis in New Jersey, reports say.
