Men In Armed Robberies Nabbed In Routine NJ Traffic Stop With Guns, Magazines: Police
A pair of Brooklyn men were arrested during a traffic stop in Hudson County for several gunpoint robberies on Long Island, authorities said.
Police stopped Seti Barnwell, 22, and Emmanuel Philostin, 20, after spotting their Dodge Charger with heavily tinted windows on the Meadowlands Parkway on Feb. 7, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
A loaded Taurus G2C, 9mm semi-automatic handgun, and two .40 caliber 15-round magazines were recovered, Miller said.

Expandable Baton Found On Man Fighting With DWI Driver At Secaucus Nightclub, Police Say
One driver had an expandable baton and another was charged with DWI by police who intercepted a fight at a Secaucus nightclub last month, authorities said.
The fight was reported at AJs on Secaucus Road in Secaucus just after 1:20 a.m. on Sept. 27, local Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
As officers were enroute to the nightclub, they stopped one vehicle that whose occupants were involved in the fight and allegedly found East Rutherford resident Jonathan Jachimczyk, 27, with an expandable baton.
Meanwhile, Xhoreno Shehu, 26, of Saddle Brook, was determined to be intoxicated, Miller said.

Secaucus Prostitution Sting Nets Three Arrests, Chief Says
Three women were arrested on prostitution charges in Secaucus last week, authorities said.
The arrests were part of an effort within the township to combat vice related crimes, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
The following individuals were arrested on June 9, he said:
Lucy Oviedo Ramos, 32, of the Dominican Republic, for engaging in prostitution.
Shannon Cave, 25, Union City, for engaging in prostitution and promoting prostitution.
Edily Perez Batista, 25, of Elizabeth, for engaging in prostitution.
Miller did not release the locations where the arrests occurred.
Men Busted Trying To Meet Girls 14, 15 For Sex In Undercover Sting, Secaucus Police Say
A pair of men were arrested after they agreed to meet up with individuals who they believed were 14- and 15-year-old girls in Secaucus, police said following an undercover investigation.
Nicholas Signorelli, 24, of Springfield, luring and enticing a child, while Nevil Rana, 34, of Wallington, was charged with the same, along with criminal attempt to endanger the welfare of a child and obscenity for persons under 18, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.

Undercover Prostitution Sting Nets 5 In Secaucus
Four women and one man were arrested in an undercover prostitution sting in Secaucus, police said.
"A majority of our violent crimes are related to the prostitution at some of our hotels," Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
"Therefore, to address the root cause -- prostitution -- we conducted an undercover prostitution sting.
The locations are not being released due to ongoing investigations, the chief said.
The following arrests were made on March 26, Miller said.
