Accused NJ Killer Walks Free After Decade In Prison For College Student's Murder
Timothy Puskas is a free man. The one-time convicted killer was released on Wednesday, Feb. 21, from MIddlesex County Jail, after winning a second trial on a murder charge, according to his attorney, Joseph Mazraani. Puskas was convicted seven years ago in the slaying of 22-year-old college student William “Billy” McCaw in New Brunswick. He'd been incarcerated for 10 years. A Morris County park is getting its own winter wonderland. Four Juveniles Hospitalized In Route 80 SUV Crash: State Police
Four juveniles and an adult were hospitalized in a double SUV crash on Route 80 Wednesday, Nov. 15, state police said. A Jeep SUV and a Honda SUV were heading westbound when they collided near milepost 29 in Roxbury around 1:45 a.m., NJSP Detective I Jeffrey Lebron told Daily Voice. The Jeep driver and its four passengers were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation of minor injuries, Lebron said. No other injuries were reported in the crash, which remains under investigation.

No serious injuries were reported in a rollover crash on New Year's Eve in Wayne. The 2020 Honda Accord apparently struck a decorative boulder on the side of Garside Avenue near Langdale Road and rolled shortly before 1:30 p.m. Wayne firefighters responded and the driver got out OK.
