New Bergen County Sheriff's Recruits, Inter-Governmental Transfers Sworn, Heroes Honored Seven new recruits, one investigator and five inter-governmental transfers were sworn in Friday to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office. Three of them are military service veterans.
