Longtime Bergen County BBQ Spot To Close NY Location Months After Shuttering In NJ Rockland County staple Fink's BBQ Roadhouse, a community favorite in Suffern, is closing after eight years in business.  Owner Dave "Fink" Finkelstein announced that the restaurant’s last full day of operation will be Monday, Dec. 2, citing ongoing challenges that have become insurmountable. Finkelstein tells Daily Voice: "The location is tough — half of the compass is trees, and trees don't eat BBQ. We're a destination spot, Saturdays are insane and Tuesdays it's a ghost town. Maywood's Tony Froyan, who owns Fire and Feast Catering, is one of the many rising barbecue stars being coached by celebrity chefs Anne Burrell, Jet Tila, and Bobby Flay in Austin, TX. BBQ Spot 'All The Smoke' Coming To Passaic County A new barbecue spot has announced a Passaic County opening date. All the Smoke will open Sept. 3 in Clifton, the restaurant announced on Instagram. The menu boasts loads of smoked meats such as brisket, turkey, pulled pork, chicken, wings and more. Platters and sandwiches are also offered, as are sides such as mac 'n' cheese, baked beans, sweet potato casserole, coleslaw, potato salad and more. All the Smoke will open Sept. 3 at 64 1/2 Market St., in Clifton.
