MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- “Sights of the Season” was the theme for the 2016 Winter Concert at Edward Williams School in Mount Vernon on Dec. 16.

The school’s concert band, string ensemble and chorus performed seasonal selections for a packed house.

The 110 student musicians and singers participated in the celebration.

Michael Bader (art), Lisa DeFrenza (band), Antonella Delli Carpini (chorus) and Mary Lando (strings) collaborated to showcase the students of Edward Williams School.

Regina Rose, Johnny Morrison and Rachel Greene (Security) decorated the auditorium and lobby.

There was a surprise visit from Santa Claus and his elf, Pat. These characters joined Edward Williams’ chorus for its rendition of “Santa Claus Rock.”

The Spring Concert is “Get Up & Dance!," and will be in May of 2016.
