The first man pulled his Toyota Sienna over on the eastbound lower level at 4:10 p.m., got out of his car and jumped, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Less than 10 minutes later, the second man pedaled a bicycle to a spot on the upper level, stopped and went over the rail.

The NYPD Harbor Unit recovered one body and the city Fire Department the other. Both were brought to the the 125th Street boat basin in Manhattan.

PAPD ESU trucks 2 and 7 responded to the bridge.

Authorities who spoke with witnesses initially believe the incidents are unrelated.
