Site of Lyndhurst massage parlor prostitution bust cited

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: The owner of a Lyndhurst building where police arrested an unlicensed masseuse on prostitution charges over the weekend has 30 days to correct a number of building code violations or face stiff fines, CLIFFVIEW PILOT has learned.

Bong Lee of Rutherford was issued four summonses for violations of the state Uniform Fire Code at the Ridge Road building today.

If they aren’t rectified in a month, she will incur fines of up to $5,000 per violation — per day, borough authorities said.

This comes after undercover Lyndhurst police arrested 51-year-old Yin Jin of Flushing, Queens on Sunday on charges of engaging in prostitution and not having a massage therapist’s license at First Health Spa.

Jin (photo above) was turned over to agents from U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents (I.C.E.), Capt. John Valente said.
