Peeping Tom arrest at Fairview fitness center

CLIFFVIEW PILOT HAS IT FIRST: Police have charged a North Bergen man with sneaking into a tanning room at a Fairview fitness center for looks at a woman in one of the beds.

Dumar Posada, 36, did it more than once, the 22-year-old woman told police, who arrested him on criminal trespass and “peeping Tom” charges.

The woman told police the incidents occurred 10 days ago in the private room at Work Out World Gym, 323 Bergen Boulevard.

Posada (no relation to the New York Yankee) is free on $2,500 bail pending an Aug. 24 first appearance in  Fairview
Municipal Court, following his arrest late Tuesday afternoon by Detective Sgt. William Herron.

Posada, who is single and lives on Boulevard East, works for Maggie London on Commerce Blvd. in East Rutherford, police records show.
