Three Massachusetts residents — identified as Amanda MacDowell, 25, of Marlborough and Jaclyn Nugent, 26 (left), and 28-year-old David James Sacco, both of Boston — got “involved in a verbal and physical altercation” with Kurt Paschke, 38, of Holbrook, L.I., on the 100 concourse level of the stadium, the NJSP said.
“After a thorough review of the evidence, the investigation revealed that Amanda MacDowell and Jaclyn Nugent were observed kicking and punching Paschke in the body and head,” NJSP Sgt. Adam Grossman said late this afternoon.
“Shortly thereafter, Paschke was observed striking Nugent with a punch to the face,” Grossman said. “David James Sacco was then observed striking Paschke in the face.
“Today all of the individuals involved … were charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. They will face a court appearance at East Rutherford Municipal Court.”

Attention following the fight immediately focused on a video, first posted on deadspin.com, that showed Paschke whacking Nugent on the side of the face with a closed right first after she charged him, yelling and screaming.
Paschke, who was wearing a Wayne Chrebet jersey and team Zubaz camouflage pants, knocked the blond-haired woman back but not down. A smaller man then began punching him, but Paschke didn’t retaliate in the video.
Some attendees — and, later, Paschke’s mother and father — said the 35-second cellphone clip didn’t represent what really happened.
His 62-year-old mother told the New York Daily News that her son — an ex-con bartender who tailgates at the games with a Jets-themed mini-bus — was defending her and himself Sunday as they headed to the exits after being tormented by Patriots fans.

Nugent was graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, and for the past 3½ years has worked as an “application specialist” for a health care technology company, according to her LinkedIn profile.
The Jets, citing “zero tolerance” has banned all four from attending any events at the stadium until the charges are resolved.
“Once the legal process has run its course, each of them must take the necessary steps before even being considered for readmission to future events,” a statement issued by the team today said.
That includes completing an online conduct course, submitting a written apology and requesting permission for re-entry, Jets officials said.
