East Rutherford Police Chief Lawrence Minda said Terrazas was found safe and sound after his detectives “determined a possible location” and contacted Passaic police.

“Paola is in good condition,” Minda said just after 4:30 this afternoon.

Her father told police he last saw Terrazas the afternoon of April 30, when he found her at home with her boyfriend, whom he asked to leave.

It was believed the Becton Regional High School junior headed to her aunt’s Union City home that night (The photo above was taken on Boulevard East in Weehawken shortly before she went missing).

The next day, she texted her mother that she’d “be there soon.”

Terrazas — who was receiving at-home schooling — apparently has been in touch with friends over the past 9-10 days, leading police and family members to believe that she wasn’t in danger.

Her family moved to East Rutherford three years ago, online records show.
