Andrew Kazmierzak, 28, lives either in Paterson or the Bronx, Police Chief Larry Minda said.

Kazmierzak went to the 26-year-old victim's house in the Monarch Apartments on Schindler Court on Sept. 13 "to talk" but got into an argument with her, the chief said.

He urinated on the floor, after which she got the bleach -- which he took from her, he said.

Kazmierzak then "dragged her through the bleach and punched her in the face," Minda said.

The victim was hosptialized for lower torso injuries, the chief said.

Kazmierzak, meanwhile, eluded an intense manhunt, and detectives obtained a fugitive warrant charging him with aggravated assault.

Anyone who has seen him, knows where Kazmierzak is or has information that could help the investigation is asked to call East Rutherford police: (201) 438-0165.
