East Rutherford Food Service Worker Busted For Child Porn

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- A food service worker had more than 100 kiddie porn photos and video on a home computer, said authorities who arrested him Friday.

Diego Avila, 26, was released without bail pending an arraignment this Monday in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.

Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir Grewal said members of his Computer Crimes Unit learned that Avila "was using the Internet to acquire images and videos depicting child pornography.

"His computer and additional items were seized that contained these images and videos," the prosecutor said.

Avila is charged with child endangerment.
