EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Theresa M.Cole, of East Rutherford, died July 31. She was 90.
She was born May 24, 1926, on West 16th Street in New York City. She graduated from Cathedral High School in New York City and worked for the Electrical Workers Union.
She was a member of Mac Kenzie School PTA and the Henry P. Becton Regional Board of Education.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Hager, Rosanna Ratchford, Theresa Filippelli, Alfred Cole, Marjorie Jackson, Mary Cole, Bernadette Pecora and Elizabeth Morrisson; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Macagna Diffily Onorato Funeral Home, 41 Ames Ave., Rutherford followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Joseph RC Church, 120 Hoboken Road, East Rutherford. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Woodside, Queens, N.Y.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
