EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Richard J. Mangone Sr., of East Rutherford, died Aug. 13. He was 78.
He was born March 24, 1938 in Hackensack.
Mangone was a retired self-employed gunsmith.
He was the father of Richard J. Mangone Jr. and Stephanie Mangone; and brother of Peter Mangone.
There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Macagna-Diffily-Onorato Funeral Home, 41 Ames Ave., Rutherford. Private cremation will follow. Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m Tuesday at the funeral home.
