EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The American Dream mall stalled work in December, since then the billion dollar development in East Rutherford hasn't shown any signs of actual work, NJ.com reports.
The developer showed intent to resume work after a six-month delay but hasn't followed through.
According to NJ.com, even the East Rutherford Mayor James L. Cassella doesn't know when the project will resume work.
