Rutherford Library Features ESL Classes, Film Screening

RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Rutherford Public Library will host two types of ESL classes, as well as screen "Ricki and the Flash," starring Meryl Streep.

  • Basic ESL classes meet at 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. These classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 19. Classes are free and continue through May. Class size is limited; you can register in person at the library's main desk.
  • The English Conversation Group meets from 10-11:30 a.m. Mondays and 1-2:30 p.m. Thursdays. This group resumes Thursday, Jan. 21.
  • The Friends of the Library of Rutherford presents its monthly film screening at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26 in the library's auditorium.
