A rain date will take place Sunday, if necessary. Hosted by The Rutherford Civil Rights Commission, the festival includes international food, dances and music from around the world. There also will be a beer garden, crafts, games, face painting and more family fun. Admission is free.
Food from around the world will be available, including Asian, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Indian and American.
Opening ceremonies will kick off at noon with hosts Grace Gold and Liam Otero; opening remarks/proclamation from Rutherford Mayor Joe De Salvo Jr.; Invocation by Father Richard Kelly, campus ministry director; and Felician University National Anthem sung by Gilda Healy.
