Carlstadt's Allegro Arts Academy Performers Open For Kidz Bop In AC

CARLSTADT, N.J. -- Members of Allegro Arts Academy of Carlstadt got an enormous thrill opening for Kidz Bop in Atlantic City on Saturday.

The youngsters were "very honored to have such a wonderful experience" at the popular group's "Life of the Party" tour at Boardwalk Hall, the academy's Jeannette Troncone said.

Kidz Bop sings child-friendly version of hit songs -- among them, "Uptown Funk," "Shut Up and Dance," and "Cake By the Ocean" -- complete with beach balls and smoke.
