Both the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and the state Economic Development Authority declined to impose a deadline on complex developer Triple Five, NorthJersey.com noted.
The projected final cost of the complex, which will include anchor stores along with a water and amusement park, is $3.2 billion, reported NorthJersey.com.
The developer's goal is to finish the complex by late next year, NorthJersey.com said.
