Doster is a CPA with over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. She currently holds the position of Treasurer and her responsibilities include directing the accounting, financial, and treasury functions of the Bank and managing its investment portfolio.
Doster is a Ramapo College graduate and a Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) Honoree. She also serves on the Advisory Board and is a Founding Board Member of Rebuilding Together Bergen County, a nonprofit that preserves affordable home ownership by providing critical repairs to low-income homeowners.
Doster resides in Midland Park with her husband, John Lorenzo and they have two daughters.
