Winds are expected to hit 30 to 40 miles an hour, with gusts up to 60 mph, the National Weather Service said early Saturday.

Trees and power lines may be downed, leading to scattered outages, road closings and dangerous conditions, including possible property damage, the service said. Avoid elevated roadways, if possible, and secure any loose furniture or other items outside your home.

The winds will also make highs in the middle 40s on Sunday feel colder.

Temperatures by Wednesday will dip below 20 degrees -- less than a week after hitting 80 -- as part of what meteorologist Joe Cioffie said will be a "crazy week of weather" that will include more rain, and possibly light snow.

As if that weren't enough, we may be in for a Nor'easter at the end fo the week, Cioffi warns.

"Such is spring," he said.
