Unfortunately, long-range predictions suggest the unsettled, soggy weather pattern will persist into the first few weeks in June, according to Accuweather.com.
Many areas along the Interstate 95 corridor have sustained more days with rain than without which has created problems with mold and mildew.
The steady rains have also made it tough to warm unheated pools and lakes, accuweather.com said.
The good news?
Summer hasn't been canceled just yet.
Accuweather's long-range forecast calls for the rain to finally move on and for temperatures to bounce back by mid-June.
