Three people were hospitalized with serious injuries as a 3-car crash shut down Route 206 in Morris County, authorities confirmed. A Ford transit van heading south on Route 206 rear-ended a Chevrolet Malibu that was slowing or stopped in the southbound lane near Matt’s Glass in Mount Olive just before 10:10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, local police said in a release. Woman Hospitalized After Being Hit By Car In Morris County Crosswalk; Driver Charged: Police
A 61-year-old woman was hospitalized after being struck by a car in a Morris County crosswalk, resulting in several charges for the driver, police confirmed. The Denville woman was crossing Broadway near the intersection of Second Avenue using a marked crosswalk when she was hit around 8:55 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, Denville Police said in a release. The owner of several South Jersey ShopRite stores and a pastor from Bayonne are among the 1,700 coronavirus deaths in New Jersey, Gov. Phil Murphy announced Thursday as cases climbed to 51,027 "The number of cases by county are doubling," the governor said.
