Ridgewood School Property Shutdown Aims To Pre-Empt Big Trouble From Large Gatherings
With COVID restrictions on outdoor gatherings loosened, larger and larger groups of teens have begun hanging out in Ridgewood, say authorities who are taking measures to pre-empt any serious trouble from brewing. Village Schools Supt. Thomas A. Gorman blamed “teenagers from many surrounding towns” for immense gatherings that have produced "minor confrontations and vandalism." Indictment: Clifton Man Threatened Paterson Police Chief Over Race, Religion
UPDATE: Paterson’s first Muslim police chief wasn’t in the job long when authorities said he became the target of threatening texts from a Clifton man because of his race, religion and nationality.
