Charges have been filed against a 41-year-old man who police say was going 90 mph before a crash that killed an 18-year-old pre-med student in Morris County, officials announced. A Newark dump truck driver is heading to state prison for his role in a fiery crash that claimed the life of an SUV driver in Pequannock earlier this year.
